Welcome to vort.pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vort.pro website and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by vort.pro (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Service located at vort.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of vort.pro.

2. Description of Service

vort.pro is an online platform providing a diverse collection of free, web-based utilities and computational tools ("Tools"). These Tools are designed for personal, educational, and professional use to perform various tasks such as format conversions, calculations, text manipulation, and other practical functions. vort.pro reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or add to the suite of Tools offered at any time, without prior notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific Tool and may impose usage limits at our sole discretion.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use vort.pro and its Tools lawfully and ethically. You are solely responsible for any data, information, or content you input, upload, or process through the Service ("User Content"). You agree not to:

a) Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
b) Upload, process, or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
c) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Service or any related systems.
d) Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Tool or the vort.pro website.

f) Use the Service to generate or disseminate malware, spam, or phishing content.

vort.pro does not pre-screen User Content but has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including but not limited to the vort.pro website design, underlying software, algorithms, graphical interface, logo, and the collective arrangement, selection, and presentation of the Tools, is the exclusive property of vort.pro and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Tools for their intended purpose. This license does not constitute a sale of any rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant vort.pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit that User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall vort.pro, its owners, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not vort.pro has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using vort.pro. The aggregate liability of vort.pro for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL TOOLS ON VORT.PRO ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VORT.PRO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VORT.PRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE TOOLS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE, OR THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY TOOL WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

You understand and agree that you use the Tools and the Service at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on output from the Tools.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless vort.pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

8. Termination

vort.pro may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, for the purpose of litigating any claim or dispute arising from these Terms or your use of vort.pro.

10. Modifications to Terms

vort.pro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
