Terms of Service

2. Account Usage Rules​ You must provide true and accurate information during registration. You are fully responsible for the security of your account and password, and shall not lend, sell, or gift your account to others.​ If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, the Platform reserves the right to reclaim the account, and relevant data (excluding paid content) may be cleared—please take note.​ If you detect any unusual account activity, you must immediately contact customer service. The Platform will assist in verification and handling, but shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising therefrom.​ 3. Service Usage Standards​ You are prohibited from using the Platform for illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to disseminating harmful information, using cheats/hacks, cracking game programs, interfering with service operations, etc.; violators will be held legally responsible.​ Virtual items in games (currency, props, membership benefits) are only for consumption within the Platform, cannot be exchanged for cash, and remain the property of the Platform. Private transactions of virtual items are prohibited, and the Platform shall not be liable for any related risks.​ The Platform reserves the right to take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, or account bans against violating accounts, and will not refund any paid fees; users shall bear all losses resulting from violations.​ 4. Intellectual Property Statement​ All game content, interface designs, trademarks, copywriting, and other intellectual property rights on the Platform belong to Vort.pro or relevant authorized parties. No reproduction, dissemination, or commercial use is permitted without prior authorization.​ The copyright of user-generated content (strategies, comments, etc.) belongs to the user, but the Platform shall have the right to use such content free of charge on a non-exclusive basis (including display, promotion, compilation, etc.) and reserves the right to review and manage it in accordance with relevant standards.​ 5. Service Changes and Disclaimers​ The Platform reserves the right to adjust service content (such as game updates, temporary maintenance) based on business needs, and will notify users in advance through announcements. The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures, technical upgrades, or other reasons, but will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact.​ The Platform only provides game aggregation services and shall not be jointly and severally liable for the legality or quality of content of games developed by third parties; you must independently assess game risks.​ Once virtual items are purchased in-game, no refunds will be provided except for quality issues—please exercise caution when making purchases. In the event of a failed purchase due to technical glitches, the Platform will verify and refund the corresponding amount or reissue the item.​ 6. Dispute Resolution​ Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over the Platform's location for litigation.
